Please remember:
Kimberly Clark Credit Union will NEVER call you and ask for your:
- Debit or credit card number
- Card expiration date
- CVV/security code on the back of your card
- Online banking password or PIN
If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from Kimberly Clark Credit Union and they ask for this information, do not provide it. Hang up immediately.
Even if the caller ID displays our phone number, the call may not be coming from us. Scammers can manipulate caller ID information to make it appear as though they are calling from a trusted source.
If you receive a suspicious call, please hang up and contact Kimberly Clark Credit Union directly using the phone number listed on our website, your statement, or the back of your card.
